Busy Being Awesome

So, it's been awhile. Needless to say, I have very good reasons for not updating this lovely blog... I have been too busy having fun in London and the surrounding areas. Here is a bit of what I've done:

  • Went to Stonehenge

  • Me at Stonehenge

  •  Salisbury Cathedral

  • Inside, I enjoy being Presbyterian but I have never found a Presbyterian church with as much class or beauty

  •  The Roman Baths

  •  At the big Bath

  •  Pretty coin pool
  • Another big, pretty church, home to angels climbing ladders- some are better at it than others

  •  Visited Stratford-Upon-Avon

  •  Billy Shakes' house

  •  Me, channeling the Bard

  •  Ran into Prince Hal. See Mom, I kept my scar covered ;)

  •  and the Lady of the Scottish Play

  •  Found the Doctor

  •  All of the Doctors

  •  Specifically my Doctor

  •  The sexy TARDIS

  •  The TARDIS desktop that is no more

  •  Moaning Myrtle absorbed into the creepy absorbing alien thing

  •  I don't remember why I took this picture. Why are there marks on my arm?

  •  My Companion decided to take a photo rather than help me escape the Dalek

  • I almost got sent back in time, glad I've got short hair.

  •  Companion costumes

  •  Contemplating my chances of getting a make-over

  • Being invited inside the lock, closed, no photography allowed lobby of BBC Cardiff and spending some quality time with a friendlier Dalek

  •  Walking self-guided tour of Cardiff

  •  Paid my respects to Ianto and the other brave members of Torchwood

  •  Found the TARDIS hiding near the bathroom of an American diner that relocated from Utah

  •  A very interesting pictorial display of the USA

  • DON'T BLINK. DON'T LOOK AWAY. NOT EVEN FOR A SECOND. BLINK AND YOU'RE DEAD.
I am headed to Dublin this weekend so you won't hear from me again for at least a week. As always, you can find more photos on Facebook (click here). If we aren't FB friends, feel free to add me.

As a side note, I would be really interested to know who you are. If you are reading this, please consider leaving a comment with your name (first is fine), where you are and how you came to be reading my blog. Blogger has provided my with some interesting statistics and it would be neat to know more.

Cheers
